Buying Tesla Cybertruck Spain

Tesla Cybertruck na sprzedaż w Europie – zakup Cybertrucka w Hiszpanii

How to buy Tesla Cybertruck as a resident of Spain

Tesla does not sell the Cybertruck directly in Spain or anywhere else in Europe — the vehicle in factory specification does not have EU homologation. Cybertruck Europe offers a working alternative: complete import, adaptation, and homologation in Poland, allowing you to pick up a fully legal, registered car.

Step by step

Step 1: Choosing the model

You choose an available Cybertruck model from our offer or order a new import from the USA — we confirm availability and version (RWD, AWD, Cyberbeast).

Step 2: Modifications for homologation

In Poland, we adapt the vehicle to meet EU requirements: we set the GVM to 4250 kg (which allows driving the car with a category B driving license with a minimum of 2 years of experience), change the turn signals to orange, and secure sharp edges of the bodywork. The cost of these modifications is about 90,000 PLN (~20,000 EUR) in addition to the vehicle's price.

Step 3: Homologation and registration in Poland

After modifications, the vehicle undergoes homologation and receives a Polish registration certificate. We also assist in obtaining insurance.

Step 4: Pickup and driving in Spain

Thanks to the mutual recognition of vehicle registrations in the EU, your Cybertruck with Polish plates is fully legal to drive in Spain — you do not need to go through any additional local procedures.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to go to Poland to buy a Cybertruck?

Modifications and homologation take place in Poland, but we determine the details of pickup individually — contact us to discuss options for your location.

Will I need to re-register the car for Spanish plates?

No, you do not — Polish registration is recognized throughout the EU, so you can drive on Polish plates without additional registration in Spain.

How much does the entire process cost besides the price of the car?

Modifications for homologation cost about 90,000 PLN (~20,000 EUR) — significantly less than individual homologation conducted directly in Spain.

What driving license can I use to drive the Cybertruck after modifications?

With a standard category B driving license, if you have held it for at least 2 years — allowed by the EU regulation for electric vehicles up to 4250 kg GVM.

Can I insure a car with Polish registration while living in Spain?

Yes, a Polish policy covers the use of the vehicle in Spain and other EU countries as well.
