1. General provisions
The Cybertruck Europe website (cybertruckeurope.com) is operated by Paweł Bartosz Choła (the “Provider”), an independent brokerage and import service for Tesla Cybertruck vehicles in Poland and the European Union. The Provider is not an official Tesla, Inc. distributor or representative — see our Legal disclaimer.
2. Scope of services
- configuring and enquiring about a vehicle variant;
- reserving with a deposit or purchasing an available unit;
- booking a test drive;
- submitting a leasing or financing enquiry;
- contacting an advisor about import and registration.
3. Reservations and deposits
Reserving a vehicle requires paying a deposit in the amount shown during the reservation process. The deposit confirms intent to contract and is credited toward the final price. Specific refund terms (including cases where the deposit is non-refundable, e.g. cancellation after an individually-ordered import has already begun) are agreed individually with your advisor before payment and confirmed by email.
4. Leasing and financing
Leasing/financing enquiries are forwarded to an external financing/leasing partner. The Provider is not a financial institution or credit intermediary — it only forwards the enquiry. Any financing decision and its terms are made solely by the financing party.
5. Prices and payment
Prices shown in the configurator and on vehicle listings are indicative and are agreed individually with your advisor until the full price list is finalized. Online payments are handled by an external payment processor (Stripe) — the Provider never processes or stores card data.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, under the applicable EU/Polish consumer protection rules. This right may not apply to a vehicle imported to the consumer's individual specification/order (an exemption for custom-made goods) — the scope of any exemption is stated before the contract is concluded.
7. Complaints
Complaints about the Provider's services (e.g. the reservation process, import handling) can be sent to contact@cybertruckeurope.com and will be addressed within 14 days. Complaints about the vehicle itself are handled under the warranty terms agreed separately for that specific unit.
8. Liability
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep information on the site accurate and current, but technical specifications, prices and availability may change for reasons outside the Provider's control (in particular changes made by the vehicle manufacturer). Binding terms are always confirmed individually with your advisor before a contract is concluded.
9. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence that are more favorable to them. Disputes will first be addressed amicably and, failing that, by the competent court under applicable rules.
