1. Data controller

The controller of personal data collected through the Cybertruck Europe website (cybertruckeurope.com) is Paweł Bartosz Choła, a sole trader (empresario/autónomo) registered in Spain under Spanish NIE Y2021143D, with a customer service point at Francuska 184, 40-506 Katowice, Poland (the “Controller”). 2. What data we collect and why

  • Contact form — name, email, optionally phone and message; to respond to your enquiry.
  • Test-drive request — contact details and preferred date; to arrange the test drive.
  • Reservation / purchase — contact details, address, and data needed to process payment and vehicle import/registration; to enter into and perform the contract. Payment card data is handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store it.
  • Leasing / financing enquiry — contact details and data needed for an initial assessment; passed to an external financing/leasing partner solely to handle the enquiry. The site only forwards the lead — it does not act as a credit intermediary.
  • Newsletter — email address; only with separate consent, until withdrawn.

3. Legal basis

  • GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — necessary for entering into or performing a contract;
  • GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) — consent (newsletter, marketing cookies);
  • GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest (basic site analytics, fraud prevention, establishing legal claims).

4. Recipients of data

  • Vercel Inc. — hosting and infrastructure;
  • Supabase — database;
  • Stripe — payment processing;
  • OpenAI — AI models used to help produce site content (not used to process customers' personal data);
  • Migadu — email service;
  • an external financing/leasing partner — only for leasing/financing enquiries, as described above.

5. International transfers

Some of the providers above (e.g. Vercel, OpenAI, Stripe) may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Such transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or another appropriate GDPR safeguard.

6. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, then for as long as required by law (e.g. tax/accounting rules) or until any potential claims are time-barred. Data processed on the basis of consent (e.g. newsletter) is kept until consent is withdrawn.

7. Your rights

  • access to your data and a copy of it;
  • rectification of inaccurate data;
  • erasure, where legally applicable;
  • restriction of processing;
  • data portability;
  • objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • withdrawing consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
  • lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), and, given the Controller's place of registration, also the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

Some editorial content and imagery on this site (e.g. blog articles, illustrations) is produced with the help of AI tools and reviewed by our editorial team before publication. We disclose this in line with the transparency principles of the EU AI Act. This content is not used to process users' personal data.
