Buying a Tesla Cybertruck in Spain

Tesla Cybertruck na sprzedaż w Europie – zakup Cybertrucka w Hiszpanii

How to buy a Tesla Cybertruck as a resident of Spain

Tesla does not sell the Cybertruck directly in Spain or anywhere else in Europe — the factory specification vehicle does not have standard EU type approval. Cybertruck Europe offers a viable alternative: complete import, technical preparation, and legal registration in Poland, allowing you to receive a fully legal, registered car.

Step by step

Step 1: Choosing a vehicle

You choose an available Cybertruck from our offer or order a new import from the USA — we confirm availability and version (RWD, AWD, Cyberbeast).

Step 2: Modifications before registration

In Poland, we adjust the vehicle: we set the weight rating to 4250 kg, change the turn signals to orange, and secure sharp edges of the bodywork. The cost of these modifications is approx. 90,000 PLN (~20,000 EUR) in addition to the vehicle price.

Step 3: Registration in Poland

After modifications, the vehicle is registered and receives a Polish registration certificate (as a passenger car). We also assist in arranging insurance.

Step 4: Pickup

You pick up the ready, legally registered Cybertruck in Poland with Polish plates. The rules of its use in Spain — especially for longer or personal use — depend on your specific situation and we discuss them individually.

What driving license category is required

In Poland, a category B driving license (for at least 2 years) is sufficient to drive an electric vehicle with a weight rating of up to 4250 kg, provided that the exceeding 3500 kg is due to alternative drive and is noted in the registration certificate. This is a separate matter from the legality of the registration itself — rules regarding driving license categories in other EU countries, including Spain, should be checked individually.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to go to Poland to buy a Cybertruck?

The modifications and registration take place in Poland, but we determine the details of the pickup individually — contact us to discuss options for your location.

Will I have to re-register the car with Spanish plates?

We do not assume this as a standard part of the process — the vehicle remains registered in Poland. The conditions for its use in Spain depend on your specific situation, which we are happy to discuss individually.

How much does the entire process cost aside from the price of the car?

Modifications before registration cost approx. 90,000 PLN (~20,000 EUR) — significantly less than individual registration conducted directly in Spain.

What driving license can I use to drive the Cybertruck after modifications?

In Poland — category B, if you have held it for at least 2 years, with a weight rating of 4250 kg and the appropriate note in the certificate regarding alternative drive.

Can I insure the car with Polish registration while living in Spain?

Yes, the Polish policy covers a vehicle registered in Poland; the details of cross-border usage are discussed individually.

Can I register a Cybertruck for a Polish company?

For clients conducting actual business activities in Poland, it is possible, under appropriate circumstances, to own and register a vehicle through a Polish company. Each case is analyzed individually regarding registration, tax regulations, and vehicle usage rules. We do not create artificial structures solely for the purpose of circumventing registration obligations in another country.
